The mattress and pillows are great; very much worth the investment. Unfortunately a month later the mattress still has a distinct smell. It would be great if there were additional delivery options; for a company that targets people with back pain, not having the option to bring the mattress to the right room / put on the bed was a minus. It would also have been helpful to have a service to pick up our old mattress at the same time.
