I purchased these pillows not knowing if they would help my husband's snoring at all and I was not overly optimistic as his snoring was relentless and starting to disturb my sleep every night. However, I have to say they have helped massively and I can now get a good night's sleep which helps all round. I would thoroughly recommend these pillows.
