I like the extra care they’ve shown me with follow up emails and I like the size guide on their site which despite my reservations I followed and they were right. The pillow itself offers great support without being too firm or soft. The smell does take a few days to go but it isn’t offensive or overpowering. I do suffer with neck pain and migraines and although they have lent completely gone which would’ve been lovely but unrealistic it is most certainly a welcome improvement and I would buy another with no hesitation and I would also quite happily recommend it to anyone. Very pleased with my pillow. 👌☺️
