Having had neck and headache problems for years, I’m always on the lookout for the right pillow. I use TikTok and had seen James’s presentations and was encouraged by what I saw. Obviously pillows are expensive and I was happy to spend the money knowing that there was a money back guarantee. I ordered the large size based upon my height (although I only just came into that category) and gave it a few nights but I knew that it was too high for me so I contacted James and the team who were very understanding. He gave me some things to try out first but they didn’t make any difference so I was able to swap for the medium size which is perfect: very comfortable and supportive. My neck and headaches have definitely improved over the limited time that I’ve been using the pillow, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s a great product and Levitex customer service is exemplary.
