Sleep has been better and much more comfortable to sleep on my side and back.
I do wake up more rested. Reduced snoring from day 1 although this also needs to be supported by reducing exhaustion and side sleeping.
The pillow doesn't reduce snoring when I'm sick or exhausted. I'm still trying out whether this is temporary and return to reduced snoring when I'm well and back on my routine.
