I’ve tried every pillow out there and was bought this as a gift, I have a neck injury and I’m in constant pain. It took a couple of night retraining myself not to move and as a good tip, I’d to rest the bottom of the pillow on the top of your shoulder. I’m a side sleeper so this was best for me, great sleep finally cutting my wake ups by half. It’s great value for money as you can’t put a price on a good nights sleep. Thank you.
