Absolute game changer for me. I was sleeping on my front, and waking with a tight neck that was feeling uncomfortable and like it neeeded clicking. After a consultation and getting the right height pillow I moved into a good side sleeping position.... until a climbing accident and couldn't sleep on either shoulder. After another consultation, I got a slimmer pillow and learnt the tips to become a back sleeper. Now I happily sleep between side and back, but no longer on the front and no longer wake up uncomfortable.
