Levitex customer service is second to none. The original pillow I ordered was too big so they arranged a smaller one to be sent at no extra cost and allowed me to keep both until i decided which one i preferred. My neck is very fragile and I can wake up after sleeping badly and not be able to move it. Since using a Levitex pillow, i feel likie my neck is in safe hands. I've just ordered their everywhere pllow to take away with me next month so i dont need to be without the support! I 100% recommend Levitex.
