Before I ordered my Levitex pillow I spoke with the lovely Olivia who was extremely helpful in helping me decide which size pillow to order. I suffer with neck back and shoulder pain so was delighted to hear that Levitex may help. I received my pillow and used it for the week, but my pain and discomfort remained. So I spoke again with Olivia and she very kindly sent me a smaller pillow to try out. Nothing was too much trouble. You go above and beyond.
