Purchased with the intention to reduce snoring. Has made no difference according to my snorelab app.
Took a while to get used to the firmness of pillow. Will continue to use for sleep position but disappointed not to reduce snoring.
Snoring is multifactorial, however the pillow was meant to be one cog in the machine to improve things.
