I initially ordered a medium pillow which helped relieve some of the pain I'd been experiencing in my neck but I was unsure whether I'd chosen the right size or whether, perhaps, a small pillow would have been more suitable. Customer services sorted a small pillow replacement which, as I suspected, was more comfortable for me. A big thank you to Andrea and Olivia for their help. They made the exchange process really easy. The pillow is great, I'm sleeping much better and my neck pain is vastly improved. Highly recommended.
