This pillow was recommended by a friend. I was experiencing some difficulty finding a comfortable position to sleep in to fall asleep and, would experience mild but irrtating shoulder & neck pain on waking. I tried several things 2 pillows, then i pillow, different positions etc.
I then tried a lavitex pillow it took a while to get use to but think it has helped.
