So far so good, I'm pleased with the pillow, it's very comfortable, though it took a little time to adjust to not having my head sink in. Occasionally, I do experience slight discomfort in my ear, but I believe that's common with many pillows. I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived, I received it the very next day, which was amazing. The initial smell was quite strong, but I followed the advice to let it air out, I did this for about a week before using it, and while the odor hasn't completely disappeared, it's definitely improved. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the company as a whole, thank you, Levitex.
