Following a discussion the pillow that best suited me was the medium. I have to admit that I was sceptical about how well this would work for me. Alongside other measures however, I am sleeping better than previously. I do still have my bad nights but feel that I can function so much better than before. I no longer wake up in absolute agony which is the best feeling. I can cope with the nights that I do not sleep well as I am no longer having to deal with the pain that I previously had.
