I’m pleased with the pillow, especially because it is sized for my height. I have had a stiff painful neck for a long time, and slowly but surely it is improving using this pillow. I have tried another well known brand with a groove in the middle and it made my neck worse. This pillow works well with side sleeping and is fine when I lie on my back. (I don’t just sleep in one position. And I struggle to check my sleep position - because I’m asleep!) One star off simply because I still do have neck pain, but it is much improved. And targeted stretching exercises are part of the solution for me too.
