My purchase was based on the review which said that these pillows helped to reduce snoring. It has helped a little but not provided a full cure. However the service I got was superb. My first purchase was a size which was too thin [medium]. Even after a decent length trial I was able to swap it for a thicker version [large], which was better for my neck, and this was also given a decent length trial with the option to return. I have kept it. Only negative was a solvent smell, which lingered quite a while with the first one, but was much better on the second one. Overall still a very recommended product and supplier.
