Having been used to two pillows I didn't expect to adjust to one that wasn't so deep. I was wrong. It has helped my neck and I get a good night's sleep and do I haven't woken up with a headache. Would recommend trying the Levitex pillow. It would be good if they sold pillow slips to fit as the ones you buy are too big.
