I honestly thought that because of my age (menopause), Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and joint problems, I was destined to put up with bad sleep forever, but the sleep posture advice I received and the Levitex pillow are total game changers! After years of sleeping on my back (so I struggle less with broken sleep due to fighting with (adjusting) my CPAP mask), I have followed the advice of James and now sleep on my side. Since using the Levitex pillow, I’ve rarely woken in the night to fight with my CPAP mask, as the pillow supports my head so well, my head doesn’t roll far enough for the mask to be in contact with/moved by the pillow. This reduction in head movement has also reduced my neck and shoulder pain and I’ve been waking up much more refreshed. I’ve also seen a reduction in menopausal night sweats as the pillow keeps my neck/head cool.
