Shipping took a week due to package delay but other than that for a bigger guy on theses scooters they aren’t pretty okay other than if you weigh more on the bigger side like 250+ I recommend you get the levy pulse as I got the first one and the bigger battery but due to my weight I only get about 45-1hour of ride time other than that all in all great scooter
