“My ride was really good, the electric scooter goes up to 25 miles per hour, it is pretty fast and amooth to conduce. I recommend it a lot !”

“We were surprised to run into these out in our area the other evening and had a great experience! It was a smooth process with no issues at all. The pricing was reasonable and the scooters were in great shape! Levy scooters are now our go to for getting around the area! It helps get to where we are going in a timely manor without all of the traffic and they are a blast! Will be riding again!”

“I have not received a full refund and am still being charged $269.63, which I do not believe I should be responsible for. Both scooters I received had defects, and the second scooter was especially unsafe to ride. It was unstable, did not ride properly, and made me feel uncomfortable and nervous while using it. I returned the scooter because of these safety issues, not because I changed my mind or simply did not want it. I should not be charged for a scooter that was sent to me in defective and unsafe condition. This is now the second time I have had an issue with a scooter from your company, and I feel like I am being made to lose money for problems that were not caused by me. Please remove the remaining $269.63 balance and issue my full refund immediately. I returned the scooter because it was not safe to ride, and I expect this matter to be corrected fairly.”
