“I really don’t like having to give this review. I ordered my scooter, it took 10 days to finally arrive. Fine, it happens. However, upon arrival, the thing is damaged before I can even get the box open. In trying to get the damaged part corrected, it’s been nothing short of jumping through firey hoops. Terrible customer service. For starters, hard to get anyone on the phone to help. Everything goes through email. They won’t answer your questions. I was told the part would be send next day air, here I am 5 days later & STILL no part to even attempt to correct the problem. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I ordered the scooter & its still nowhere closer to being used than it was the day I ordered it. Super frustrating. I’m not even sure I have all the parts to be able to use the darn thing. I SURE CANNOT give a damaged item as a gift.
