“The levy electric scooter was perfect. It’s such a perfect thing to have in a city like Washington DC. Parking is so hard to find especially because of how pricey it can get. With the Levy Scooter, we could park further away, and then ride to our destination.”

“customer service is nonexistent. They do not respond to emails or to their contact information on their website. The scooter has broken parts under one year and is supposed to be under warranty but there’s no one to talk to.”
