“I tried about three scooters in person before I decided on this one since it was by far the lightest and feels like it still has a really strong metal build + battery goes in the upper stem instead of the floorboard which for me it makes carrying it much more manageable. Less bottom heavy compared to ninebot series”

“Shipping took a week due to package delay but other than that for a bigger guy on theses scooters they aren’t pretty okay other than if you weigh more on the bigger side like 250+ I recommend you get the levy pulse as I got the first one and the bigger battery but due to my weight I only get about 45-1hour of ride time other than that all in all great scooter”

“I ordered my scooter going on two weeks ago. I haven’t gotten an update on its tracking and it doesn’t look like it’s left your warehouse. I spent $100 on shipping in order with you guys because I was told you shipped to Alaska if you don’t, I’d like all of my money back.”
