“Me and my finance had such a fun time renting scooters and riding them in downtown Evansville. The app was super easy to use and we both were on our scooters within 5 minutes once we located them. Will definitely be coming back to rent with Levy again!”

“Love the scooter, been using it a bunch since I got it. Been accesorizing as well to make it more fun and comfortable. Handles small hills well, brakes are good!! Only issue I have is the battery pack is very hard to get to stay in place and sometimes falls out while riding, i have tried with a second battery and same thing happens, battery is hard to keep in place and falls out. So it takes a bunch of added elbow grease to ensure the battery snaps in place (despite lack of sound or sensory response that it has snapped into place).”

“I really like my levy scooter - this is the second once I’ve bought. It’s a really well made scooter and the ability to replace the battery when it dies is great. Unfortunately I had a rough experience this time with shipping. I ordered the scooter and it was lost in transit, so another was shipped after multiple emails from me. Ultimately I got my scooter 28 days after the original order was placed. The original shipping promise is 5-7business days. While levy was mostly responsive to my emails and eventually shipped another scooter, they did not work as quickly as they could have to resolve the issue and did not offer any compensation for the late delivery.”

“Good experience with the rental scooters in rural Alberta, scooters seemed mostly well kept and consistently charged. Some criticisms I have are the headlights are aimed far too low, the need to have $10 preloaded into the app to start a ride, and no remaining balance displayed during a ride, either in dollars or minutes. Other than that, good experience.”

“I would give a 5 star. However, they did not ship the e scooter with solid tires as I ordered. They were quick to send the replacement, however, I received a replacment scooter with a solid front tire and a pneumatic rear tire. It's a very big inconvenience that could have been avoided if the right e scooter was shipped in the first place.”

“Purchased a demo unit. When the unit arrived, I checked it over and found that the rear light did not work; as a tail light or a brake light. I contacted support and they sent me a tail light module with no instructions. Contacted support again and they said they did not have a video for this repair. I spent some time looking over the scooter including loosening the back fender and removing the tail light lens cover but could not determine how to access the wire connector. I did not want to dissamble further so I reinstalled the lens and fender. Looks like I will do without a rear tail light/brake light. Also, the scooter was beat up more than I expected with numerous dings/dents/chipped paint along the sides of the standing platform. On the positive side, the scooter appears to be sturdy, the controls are easy to understand, and the scooter is fun to ride. Max speed is close to what was claimed (would not want to go faster on a scooter). Have not checked the miles/charge yet.”

“I love my Levy original! The deck is wide for your feet with the battery in the neck making it an ultra smooth ride! Charges in only 2 and a half hours! Gonna buy a second battery so I can double my range. I had my scooter going 32 km/h. Not sure what that is in miles, but it is lightning quick for a budget scooter! So far, so good!”

“This is my first scooter. I am 3 days into using this. All and all a pretty good scooter. I live in a hilly area north of NYC and the climb is excellent. I actually use it more in NYC and it is quite good at going over all the bumps and cracked surfaces. Just be careful walking it over the curb. The footboard can swing toward you and bang your ankle if you are not careful. The battery life is great. 3rd day and the battery still has half of its power. When I opened the box though, there was a scratch on the vertical stem next to the battery. I’ve been exercising caution so as not to scratch it further, but more scratches have appeared on the stem. I also really would love to have a foldable handlebar. The fact that this is not a feature is quite frustrating.”

“Loving my scooter! My only complaint is lack of torque on hills. My old scooter which was plaqued with other problems did not have this issue. I go over the Brooklyn bridge every day and it does slow down quite a lot on the up hill. But I can live with that. Love everything else.”

“I am disappointed with the headlight, it is not bright. I was expecting a bright light for a scooter at this price as that is a key safety feature, but this one barely illuminates the road in front of my at night.”

“Well so far it’s a very good scooter, i commute everyday to work with it, light weight to carry up and down the stairs of the nyc subway stations, I just wish it has some sort of suspension because i was on the lowest setting because i was running out of battery, going on the bike lane I fell into a little pothole and lost control and almost got hit by a car but still got really hurt because I fell on top of the scooter to the point i was sent to the ER and losing days of work, now the scooter is ruined because the back tire got bent. Overall the scooter is pretty good it can go very fast very quickly but you’re able to control that on the settings i just wish it had some sort of suspension.”
