I really don’t like having to give this review. I ordered my scooter, it took 10 days to finally arrive. Fine, it happens. However, upon arrival, the thing is damaged before I can even get the box open. In trying to get the damaged part corrected, it’s been nothing short of jumping through firey hoops. Terrible customer service. For starters, hard to get anyone on the phone to help. Everything goes through email. They won’t answer your questions. I was told the part would be send next day air, here I am 5 days later & STILL no part to even attempt to correct the problem. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I ordered the scooter & its still nowhere closer to being used than it was the day I ordered it. Super frustrating. I’m not even sure I have all the parts to be able to use the darn thing. I SURE CANNOT give a damaged item as a gift. SHAME ON YOU LEVY. DO BETTER.

You charge American dollars without any notice except on the receipt. I was very unhappy to find out 25$ cost me 33$

Disappointing customer service. The company shipped us a faulty scooter and will not replace it. We ordered the scooter and ignored the box for a couple of weeks. We assembled it and took it outside for a spin, to immediately notice a serious wobbling issue. The company will not replace it as they feel we damaged it. Emailed back and forth with customer service. This is our second Levy scooter. We loved the first one (my son's Christmas gift) but someone borrowed it and destroyed it, so we bought this second one, and it came damaged. If you still want to order from this company, take a video of the package as you open it and assemble it as evidence. Someone likely damaged this one, repackaged it and shipped it back and Levy didn't notice the problems. Now we're stuck. My son would like a working scooter as he had asked for it for months and we really don't want to give Levy any more of our money.

orders the scooter for a birthday present, and have been unable to use it as no handle bars, no charger nothing was included. Also the bike looks used. Have been trying to return the product ever since, and no one is responding!

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a scooter from them and they canceled my order and kept the money!!!! There is no phone number to call anyone to get things figured out either and a lack of communication. Also you can’t track your order unless you download a 3rd party app. I had high hopes for the scooter but I’m very disappointed.

Your policies do not hold true and feel like I was scammed out of the entirety of time I was supposed to be allotted. Not happy and feel taken advantage of.

These scooters are not good quality. Unagi scooters are much better and have better customer service.

Overall I loved it! A great scooter that's fast, light, and comfy. I am only knocking 1 star the scooter because when it came I had a flat tire that needed to be patched. Luckily, I am a biker and patched it myself but I feel that was not so good and will take miles off my total tire, we'll see. Overall, hated it. The tire ended up actually going completely flat very shortly which will cost me extra money. The Stability is not good as the front wheel gave out on me one day and I fell dislocating my shoulder. The bell broke less than 2 months riding. I contact Levy and they tell me to fix it and I'm SOl. Not happy.

Levy shipped me the 7 pin old version of Levy Plus when I specifically requested for the new version the 3 pin version. I shipped back to Levy and requested for the 3 pin version tracking number, no reply at all.

Absolute garbage product. Battery discharges immediately. Tires do not hold air and require constant re-inflation. Went to Levy store in NYC to ask for help 3x and they report that "everything is fine." The product is useless because range is limited to less than 1 mile.

Upon receiving the Levy Plus, the battery wouldn't charge - needed to go downtown to have them check it out and the result was a faulty charger. Next - the rear tire wouldn't retain air and was flat. I had the scooter for approximately 6 weeks and rode it less than a dozen times. During the 2 week window when it was working I found the overall performance disappointing. Inclines, not hills , were a challenge and the battery would only last 7-8 miles with a full charge. To add insult to injury - I had to pay a 20% re-stocking fee as well as the expense of fixing the tire that was obviously faulty from the onset. I understand charging a restocking fee if the scooter was working and I simply decided I didn't want it. This, however, was an issue of a warranty of merchantability. Two adages I usually follow when making purchases are: You get what you pay for & Cheap is expensive, Levy Scooters is the exactly the reason I follow those adages. Do yourself a favor and invest in a quality scooter - this is not it.

While at first, we were impressed with this scooter, after a few months of use we had to have the battery replaced. We were shipped a new battery, but it died after the first use. It likely means there are larger issues with the scooter. I would not purchase from Levy again!

Since it hasn’t shipped yet( 14 days), can’t say I’m real impressed. Sending in a survey asking how I’m enjoying the scooter you haven’t shipped is just as unimpressive.

We have 2 Levy scooters and they are always faulting somehow! Basically after every ride. They haven’t been reliable at all. We got them as an upgrade from Gotrax - but in all honesty the Gotrax has been more steady and reliable! Stay away and invest in something else!

The battery dies way too fast and even though I have 2 bars left the scooter barely goes.

The range of levy plus in NYC is only around 8-9 miles . The 20 mile guarantee is just a lie. I went to the store to get it fixed, and even after that I am not getting beyond 10 miles. My tires were property inflated at right pressure range

I bought a Levy plus with 8.5" tubeless tires in mid 2020. Issues from day one were a rear tire that didn't hold air for more than 2 days, and steering shaft bolts that worked their way out quickly (was solved by applying loctite to the bolts, but still a dangerous issue that should not have happened in the first place). The speed listed on their website is an outright lie, as 17 mph was the best I could achieve on flat ground. The motor was underpowered at best, and struggled on basically any hill. The rear brake would lock under heavy braking unless I leaned back, and would fade quickly under any sort of spirited riding. Another issue is the brake caliper bolt would loosen on its own and cause the rear brake cable to slip and not function, another dangerous issue. After a short period of time, the wheel bearings sounded like they were on their way out, and the bolt heads all over the scooter got rusty after getting stuck in the rain once. Then the big issue, after about a year, the battery level would randomly drop, and the scooter would loose power. It got progressively worse to the point where it is unusable, as it immediately drops to 1 blinking bar and flashes E or sometimes F. I believe a cell is bad in the battery pack (which is completely unacceptable after less than a year). This of course happened just out of warranty. Unfortunately, I just cannot recommend you buy a Levy, as the quality is just sub par for a $750 scooter.
