I purchased a scooter second hand and it needed a new head unit that includes the throttle. They didn't have one in stock but were kind enough to take kn off of a floor model. I can't say enough about these people. Customer service is outstanding.

My experience with Levy started neutrally but became more and more negative. After having the package delivered and stolen without any updates on delivery, I had to file a police report to get a replacement. I was able to get it, and after a few days of my commute, I realized it wasn't the best for me. I emailed, called, and texted within the 14-day moneyback guarantee to return my Levy Plus to no response, and it has been nearly a month of delayed communication, and even after finally responding, they denied the return because it was "well outside the return window". So, the scooter is fine, but the service has been horrible. Unless your commute is nearby, and you are fully committing to this brand, Do not get anything from them.

It seems like they're one of the few US companies that have been making electric scooters and are still in business after the last seven years, from when I first got my version 1 model to now with our latest Levy Plus. It's a solid product,-designed, and you can feel the craftsmanship in the details of the scooter. It's not the fastest option if you're looking for something that goes over 25 miles an hour, but for a commuter recreational vehicle, it's perfect

I got this because they had the fastest shipping and US based support but i'm even happier with it after 2 years - the scooter has required almost no maintenance

So far Levy has been pretty responsive, I received the scooters and they were sent with no charging cables or owners manuals. So currently they are just sitting waiting for the chargers and extra batteries. I’m hoping that before this week is over I will have them setup on the system and have shipping info on the rest of equipment needed.

Excellent daily comuting scooter. Light to carry. Very sturdy and Durable Battery coming off is an awesome feature. Speed is perfect, not too fast for danger, but fast enough!

Scooters are incredibly lightweight. It's by far the best thing about them, along with the swappable batteries. The scooters themselves are made out of mostly metal parts, which is much preferable to a lot of the Segways and Highboys I've used in the past, which are made of plastic molding, which can crack and rattle over time. These things will hold up very reliably. It's worth the premium for something that's mostly made out of alloyed and machined aluminum.

Levy has had great customer service. It has been easy to understand how to set up my scooter and the discount codes were a great perk.

Went from Citibike to Levy and a way smoother commute. One of the only scooters I was allowed to bring into my office given the fireproof battery case and UL certs

Very strong power to weight ratio. This is the lightest scooter I found with a 350W motor and over 500 Watt Hour Battery.

Well-made products at pretty reasonable prices, US-based, which is a huge advantage compared to almost any other vendor or particular product that you could find on Amazon. Super happy. And they're in production now for close to four or five years, so parts are easy to come by.

Solid lightweight scooter with 350w motor. Couple things: Stem located Battery. This is why I have this scooter. It’s something you can ride in light rain or after rain when the road is wet. Not through puddles more than 3 inches but you won’t feel like you are going to break the scooter if it gets wet. A traditional scooter has a permanent battery in the base and you really shouldn’t ride it that in the rain. Incredibly light weight - 30 pounds versus 47 might not seem like a big deal but it is. I’m 6’1 240 pound weightlifter male. While I can carry the heavy scooters it gets hard to board a bus or ferry. And my spouse can’t carry the heavier folded scooter. Low tech, no app or subscription to turn it on. Removable handlebars are helpful when you need to store or pack the scooter for a trip. My other scooter has lights on the handlebar that are easily broken. Removable Battery: two things, this is a Panasonic and LG cell UL rated battery. You will see that Samsung Panasonic and LG battery cells are the most reliable, safest, and thoughtfully constructed battery cells in the electic scooter/bike market. You don’t want to go with something lower tiered or you risk and accident. Basically if you forget that it’s charging and you charge too long you will degrade the battery life but your won’t burn your house/apt down. Further you can charge the battery in your home and leave the scooter somewhere else. Huge plus. I got an extra battery but don’t use ever use it for my 10-20 mile per day commute. Always fully charge your battery after you ride, even if it’s for 5 minutes. Learn about batteries to extend their life. Cons: The brake: is not as powerful as other scooters. This isn’t really a problem but it is noticeable that you can’t stop as fast as other scooters. To combat this, Levy has a step in the back wheel brake in additional to the handlebar brake. The other scooter I have prohibits that from damaging the motor so I rarely use it but it solves the issue. Power: With the lightweight design the battery and motor are lower output for weight but it does sacrifice power. If you haven’t been on a scooter, there is no need to do more than 20 mph which this Levy scooter accomplishes. I frequently get yelled at in NYC by pedestrians when I’m cruising plus 20mph on my other scooter bc the scooters are insanely quiet and frankly I don’t mean to but I surprise and scare people. I have less of that with this. Final thoughts: Customer Service A++: Another huge plus is the service team for Levy. Read reviews for Segway and you will see very quickly how if you have a problem with your scooter, good luck with non existent customer service. With Levy I got 5 emails between when I ordered the scooter and when it was delivered. After it was delivered Levy reached out to ask how it was going. To me that’s really helpful. If you have never been on a scooter and you want one for commuting with light inclined hills like Manhattan, this is the best scooter for you. You won’t be disappointed.
