Good to deal with and helpful. However, I'm not sure that the insurance certificate is worded correctly (it says that commuting is not covered, whereas some commuting is covered). When we queried this, the representative offered to amend this, but the certificate came back the same. Just a little concerned in case I am stopped for not being covered by my insurance when I actually am covered.
