Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Great for insuring a bike but absolute nightmare to get through to them on the phone spent multiple hours on hold well over 45 mins at a time as there live chat advised to call them and couldn't make the payment through Lexham app”

“It would have been nice to tell people how great the experience was. Unfortunately when no one answers the phone that can't happen. Six attempts throughout the day and over one hour of listening to that god awful music.”

“We have a motorcycle training school policy with Lexham and make constant changes throughout the year and customer service, speed of delivery of our requirements and very informative when we need to call, always English speaking people on the other end of the phone, no call center to deal with! Highly recommend. Cameron is our normal agent and is fantastic, cheers all at Lexham 👍”

“4 phone calls 3 e mails and can’t even get a quote of these . No call back and told cannot speak to a manager. Do they not want buisness.”

“Awful will never be going back with this company once my year is finished been trying to contact them for 1 and bit weeks now about changing my bike as I got a new one I can’t change it online as it says unable to give you a quote please call us I call them the first time on wait for 2 and a half hours then I thought you know what maybe the line was bugged I call back 4 hours I try again next day 3 hours next day 2 hours I give up I’m currently on the queue now terrible company can’t even let me insure my new bike”

“I’ve contacted lexham multiple times due to them needing documents that I cannot provide such as v5 as I have only just bought the bike and the previous owner lost it”

“Hi, I’ve been using your bike insurance for the last one and a half years now. Your service has been really good and I’m very happy with it. However, your mobile app still doesn’t allow us to change vehicle details or update the address. It would be very helpful if you could please update the app and add these features. Thank you!””
