“So far so good did direct debit but then had option of paying in full so done that. People I spoke to very nice overall good experience I look forward to riding with Lexham for years to come”

“Got a good price, but the down side, was been on hold for 45 minits, then taking another 45 to answer questions to complet insurance. Iwas asked to call back a few days later on a number i was given to speak about something, but gave up after been on hold for 20 minits.”

“Good price but I would have preferred a policy which also allowed me to drive a motorcycle not belonging to myself, Like all most other insurers do.”

“Well because of me not being able to prove my address as I lived on a caravan park I had my insurance cancelled and Lexham where one off the only insurance people who would sent off my stuff and got insured for a reasonable price”

“I needed to speak to someone about an aspect of the insurance, but I tried three times and was on hold for over an hour over the three calls. I ended up buying the insurance anyway, but yes, not so happy”

“Used Lexham a few times before, ok to deal with and staff friendly, as normal in this world now customers are pushed to use an online format, which is fine, but when you need to be able to speak to staff it always takes ages and not easy.”

“Great value and strong product. Lost a mark ad this not an auto renewal and that you have to call to arrange renewal. In 2025 I believe that online renewal would be more effective”
