“I Had let my insurance lapse for over a year so i tried Confused and the price was out of this world so I went back to lexham very helpful on phone and quoted me a good price saving me over £500. Great Company Great price I'll be back.”

“There’s not much I can say apart from no company should be making their customers have to pay for personal accident, you are one of the only companies who charge for this which is a massive disappointment and I am only with you guys as you are the only one to insure me this year. But as soon as I can change I will be.”

“cheapest bike insurance by far for my first bike after cbt, rip off but thats due to the area i live in. even then £120 a month for a 125cc is absolutely barbaric. even after all that theyre still the cheapest and they leave you alone if you pay obviously so bonus. would recommend if youre new to bikes as theyre by far the cheapest as stated.”

“I've just renewed with Lexham for a second year. I did try to ring them about a month before renewal to ask for a quote but couldn't/didn't have the patience to get through, however, they sent a renewal 3 weeks before the expiry date. I shopped on all the main comparison sites but Lexhams renewal was still the cheapest so I took it! They have a phone app and portal to access documents but its very basic so again not sure how easy it would be to make changes. Can't comment on making claims or changes but for my motorhome/campervan policy they are very cheap, so happy at the moment.”

“My insurance was dealt with in a professional manner ……. Once I finally got through to someone. Only call if you have 34 minutes to spare as this is how long it took to get someone to answer my call, and this was after I tried for 25 minutes the previous day . Sooooooo frustrating we are all busy and don’t have time for this !”
