I have had insurance for 4 years. And I have 4 years of NCB. Every year I pay the same amount or a little more. I never understood why.

Absolutely horrible company. Last time ever they'll see me as a customer. Currently on hold for 50 minutes. This is maybe the 10th phone call with wait times between 10-50 mins to get someone on the line. Callbacks never happen. Never respond to emails or direct you to other email departments that then they won't respond. Trying to contact them for anything at all is a full time job. Irony is that we're the customers paying big money. Atrocious ! Would advise to avoid them at all costs.

Initially, we were pleased with the service in securing insurance for my son's moped. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel his insurance - due to a seized engine. After emailing Lexham to cancel, we had a fairly quick reply to say they would cancel the policy and refund the balance. This was over a month ago. We have tried emailing, countless phone calls - sometimes holding on for over 30 mins and even using the ring back request or live chat but no one is available. Really exasperated as to how you can contact Lexham??

Had an accident in November 24 it is now April 25 and the claim has still not been settled. Bike was taken away and I haven’t seen it since. I am being asked to renew my insurance in a few weeks but I don’t have my bike ! Was offered a hire bike but declined because I didn’t think it would take the best part of half a year to sort out. You don’t deal with Lexham if you have a claim so it gets confusing when you get calls and emails from different companies to process the claim

This company is awful. They charge you even if they cancel the insurance by themselves. We can’t talk to them by phone unless we have 4 free hours to wait and we’re never allowed to change nothing because they don’t care about nothing just money. Very bad service.
