Had a accident where the driver hit me from behind damage my brand new bike 24 plate rang laxham out of hours for them to tell they can't do anything. Why am I paying all this money for what lexham help me we have a contract what your failing to forfeel yourside. Don't use this unless scamming company what a horrible company. Lexham get it together

Appalling after care services. Been trying to get through for 3 hours . Just keep getting cut off . They are cheap for a good reason . Wouldn’t use them again . Avoid

They canceled my insurance because they wanted me to pay the full amount of the insurance, when normally you pay monthly, and in addition to canceling it, they want me to pay a fine, when they were the one who canceled it.

Stay away from this insurance company. Had to cancel after the first 2 months and they make you pay the remainder of your policy, any other insurance company would make you pay a cancellation fee and that’s it! Make sure they take every penny off you.

I had insurance, but I traveled and for that reason I didn't pay for 1 month, I asked for cancellation and even so they charged the installments, only after they canceled my insurance, when I came back I went to make another one and they charged me a very high interest, now they want to cancel my insurance before completing a month so I will lose all the money they asked me to take out the insurance, they are acting in bad faith, I do not recommend this insurance company!!!

Over 3 months since my accident and still waiting, terrible service AVOID like the plague. Admittedly my accident was unusual, I actually caught my VW with my Citroën Relay when parking. But seriously 3 months!!! They appointed Marble Arch Claims who in turn appointed Gerald Conyers. Still no further.

Had to speak to an out of hours company that told me I had to pay for my own recovery. Lexham themselves never bothered to call me when they were open to see if I wanted to continue my claim. Why am I paying for this poor service?

Avoid like the plague, cancelled my insurance due to an outstanding payment while I was on holiday and could do nothing about it. I informed them following their request for payment that I would be away for the next few weeks and would pick it up upon my return, then I get home to find a letter from them confirming they have cancelled my cover. They may be one of the cheapest on the market but there’s a reason why.

Do I took insurance out with Lexham and they said their was an issue with my policy,so after work I tried ringing every day for over a week spending over a hour each time to not get through and have my policy cancelled,apparently because I didn’t contact them when like I said over s hour everyday for nobody to even answer! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I certainly will be telling any of my friends or family thinking of going to Lexham Just how bad they are! Shocking service

Only just found out that my insurance is not with Lexham as there just the broker! They also don’t give you any information on who your actually insured with unless you ask.it also claims that they do multi bike insurance when I went to add a new bike to the policy they told me I can’t cause the actual insurer doesn’t do multi bike

They took my first month payment on a new policy without letting me know that I owed them money from a previous insurance policy I had on an old motorbike, which I was unaware off. They emailed me to tell me I owed them X amount and the policy that I just took out would be cancelled if I did not pay the money I owed. I called them and was on the phone for nearly an hour and had still not got through to speak to someone. I hung up and sent an email. Five days later and I still have not had a reply from them. This company's customer service is abysmal.
