They hardly answer the phone very poor communication but when it’s time to pay up they are on you like a rash. Spent 1 hour 30 minutes sat waiting for someone to pick up they show no care

The worst insurance experience I've ever had. I paid for the entire month and received an email saying my insurance is no longer valid. I've never heard of them doing this, charging me, canceling the insurance, and acting normally. You should refund half the amount I paid, that's what you should do.

Failure to call back to talk about renewals Failure to answer my emails about renewals. Dont know why, but very quick to take my money. Probably wont renew with them next year as if this is the level of service i hate to think what would happen if i needed their services.

Very disappointed , I bought a new bike but could not transfer the insurance . I had to cancel the policy at great cost and then take out a new policy. Why couldn't I have simply transferred?

Very sorry to hear that you have had this issue - I cannot comment your specific case but, in general, as a broker we provide policies from our panel of insurers. An insurer may provide a policy which is for a certain type of vehicle and, if you change to a vehicle not covered on that scheme, they will not be able to insure it. For example mopeds and scooters, to high CC vehicles.

Changed my bike and couldn't transfer my new bike insurance. Lexham had to cancel the policy at considerable cost and start again with a different firm. Not impressed

Our insurers do have differing schemes and, if you set up insurance on one and then get a new bike which cannot be covered on that scheme, then sometimes it can be an issue. The worst insurance broker in the UK They increased my moped premium to 196.97 per month from 117 after two year of no claim bonus. They added two claims to my policy, one "non fault claim" and other theft claim which i had withdrawn because they said if withdrawn it will not effect your future premium but it did. They lie every now and then get a bit more expensive policy but not with lexham or you will regret it. This company is just forcing me to go for a car because 1000 moped i am paying 2400 insurance is rediculous even though i have no claim against me ever.

Shocking company, rang me to advise I need to make payment. Told them I’d ring at 17:30 they said that’s fine, rang at 17:30 spent 50 minutes trying to ring the right number to get through to someone, got through and hung up straight away, finally got through to someone who said they could help, they put me on hold and hung up at 18:29 and when I tried to ring back it said they’re closed despite it saying it’s open until 19:00. Threatening to cancel my policy if I don’t make payment but how am I supposed to when staff just hang up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

tryed to get a qoute on there website for a new Motorbike I was think of buying but wasn't getting anywhere. So I asked for a callback to talk to someone waited for 3-4dys and no callback so I called them and the person that answered they phone down on me when I asked them for a qoute for a new motorbike. I have used this company for 2yrs and now when my insurance is up there not getting renewed

Literally terrible. Always the cheapest because they’re the worst. Phone wait times horrific, customer service horrific, when you ring them with an issue they give you the least amount of information possible so when you come back with what you thought you needed they always tell you something else you don’t have that they didn’t say you needed on the previous call. Stay away!

Really poor experience with trying to get through. Still awaiting a callback. Extremely expensive service and appears written to avoid paying out. Not user friendly and I will likely be moving insurer next year if there are cheaper options.

Frustrating experience as usual. Can't get through for a simple change. Been on the phone three times in one day. Sent message via their online "contact us" form and still got no response.

Absolute joke charging so much to cancel. Will never be using this company again. Premium fee this cancellation fee that. Daylight robbery. asking for proof on no claims bonus after you started the policy is a scam aswell.
