Had an accident in November 24 it is now April 25 and the claim has still not been settled.
Bike was taken away and I haven’t seen it since. I am being asked to renew my insurance in a few weeks but I don’t have my bike !
Was offered a hire bike but declined because I didn’t think it would take the best part of half a year to sort out.
You don’t deal with Lexham if you have a claim so it gets confusing when you get calls and emails from different companies to process the claim
