Initially, we were pleased with the service in securing insurance for my son's moped. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel his insurance - due to a seized engine.
After emailing Lexham to cancel, we had a fairly quick reply to say they would cancel the policy and refund the balance.
This was over a month ago.
We have tried emailing, countless phone calls - sometimes holding on for over 30 mins and even using the ring back request or live chat but no one is available.
Really exasperated as to how you can contact Lexham??
