“Insurance product ok but telephone contact very difficult and app limited. First person I spoke to had phone issue their end so after the usual 10 min chat on 'terms and conditions' we got cut off with no call back. Next day rang back better person amswered”

“Given my experience I was astounded by the cost of cover but as there are so few insurers for motor bikes I felt obliged to go with the company that my vehicle supplier recommended. I hope I don’t regret it.”

“They are good and the people over the phone was really good with me as I struggle with understanding words and Communicating but I think paying over a thousand pounds for a 2 year old bike is a bit much but I kinda have to pay it as I need my bike”

“I use Lexham for 2 reasons, 1 - I have to have insurance by law and 2 - I made the mistake ofbuying a cheap chinese electric moped and lexham is the ONLY insurance company in the whole of the UK who recognise the make and model so I have Hobson's choice, if I want to use the bike I have to pay way over the odds for the most basic TPFT insurance and just suck it up and stop whining.”

“Cheap and cheerful. There are many drawbacks, the systems won't allow them to use information from your old policy to renew if your existing policy expires. Customer service is hit and miss. It is the cheapest cover for motorcycles by far, and it feels like it. I dread the idea of having to claim.”
