Not to accept No Claims proof from EU it's not right. Every year the insurance cost it goes up 40-50%, with No Claims. It doesn't make sense. Really hard to reach them.

They are good with the sense of being easy to work with a straight forward, on the other hand I will advise everyone to do sort it out themselves and not with anyone over the phone! EVERY TIME I spoke to someone on the phone my rates were through the roof.. I would type in the exact same thing I’ve said to them and a couple hundred pounds will get knocked off

The best cost I could find for an older bloke on a bigger bike. Cannot believe how expensive it all is but these guys had the best cost and easiest purchase links.

It is a little bit expensive in my opinion and the system for finding your bike is unnecessarily difficult having to go through a long list to find the correct one.

Lots of time wasted waiting on the phone to speak to someone. I had no choice as I was emailed by them asking me to call, 30 minutes plus waits!

Very happy with them, but extremely expensive and options not that great for electric motorbikes.

Going from a compare the market site to purchasing the insurance on line, I was disappointed that the attachments sent after paying the fee in full revealed that the 9 year's no claims bonus could not be applied to the policy I bought. This was only revealed in a letter. I believe this should have been revealed in the terms and conditions when I ticked the box to confirm my understanding...the issue of the no-claims bonus was not mentioned in the T&Cs. I could have canceled but would no doubt have been charged a cancellation fee...instead, I chose to pay the additional fees of £109 as learned no claims bonus set against one vehicle could not be applied to a second vehicle....this should have been noted in your T&Cs...I understand it is on your web site but I was never directed to your web site

Everything is alright but as per loan agreement i have to pay full premium if my vehicle goes to steal or accident.

The quoted price was definitely the best on offer. However, they asked you to pay ar least a month but your renewal date, if you don't you are bombarded with emails, sometimes twice a day asking you to pay.
