Over 3 months since my accident and still waiting, terrible service AVOID like the plague. Admittedly my accident was unusual, I actually caught my VW with my Citroën Relay when parking. But seriously 3 months!!! They appointed Marble Arch Claims who in turn appointed Gerald Conyers. Still no further.

Had to speak to an out of hours company that told me I had to pay for my own recovery. Lexham themselves never bothered to call me when they were open to see if I wanted to continue my claim. Why am I paying for this poor service?

Avoid like the plague, cancelled my insurance due to an outstanding payment while I was on holiday and could do nothing about it. I informed them following their request for payment that I would be away for the next few weeks and would pick it up upon my return, then I get home to find a letter from them confirming they have cancelled my cover. They may be one of the cheapest on the market but there’s a reason why.

Do I took insurance out with Lexham and they said their was an issue with my policy,so after work I tried ringing every day for over a week spending over a hour each time to not get through and have my policy cancelled,apparently because I didn’t contact them when like I said over s hour everyday for nobody to even answer! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I certainly will be telling any of my friends or family thinking of going to Lexham Just how bad they are! Shocking service

Only just found out that my insurance is not with Lexham as there just the broker! They also don’t give you any information on who your actually insured with unless you ask.it also claims that they do multi bike insurance when I went to add a new bike to the policy they told me I can’t cause the actual insurer doesn’t do multi bike

They took my first month payment on a new policy without letting me know that I owed them money from a previous insurance policy I had on an old motorbike, which I was unaware off. They emailed me to tell me I owed them X amount and the policy that I just took out would be cancelled if I did not pay the money I owed. I called them and was on the phone for nearly an hour and had still not got through to speak to someone. I hung up and sent an email. Five days later and I still have not had a reply from them. This company's customer service is abysmal.

Absolutely use company advert says they insure trikes you spend 40 minute listening to chamber music before getting some twat telling you they don`t insure that kind of trike only the crappy twist and go hairdryers

Do not use this company they are unhelpful cancel insurance when it’s there fault they would not except responsibility will not let you talk to managers beware of this company

My Partner Waited a hour and a half to awnser and when they did they said that you had to be 21 to ride a restricted A2 bike when she has passed her A2 license at 19. This was very frustrating as a company who handles with insurance doesn’t know about ages and license categorise. Don’t USE !

I took a motorcycle insurance policy out and had to cancel after 3 months. For this honour they took 75% of the policy value plus admin fees. An amount they didn’t disclose before payment was made. It was in the policy documents received after I’d paid. I feel robbed. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The worst insurance company I have ever known in my life. Very bad. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to this company at all. I called them and only asked them about insurance prices for pizza delivery. After that, my insurance was canceled and they asked me to pay £82, and I did not work to deliver pizza. I have called them several times and the employees are not friendly.

This Firm is a debacle, even if they are super cheap dont use them. 1, You cannot get hold of them 45min wait and then to overflow call centre to arrange a cal back that either never happens or is a day later and they never wait for you to answer 2, if you can finally get thru to make a change they want 25% of premium to do it. 3, if you cancel because of poor service they charge you 50% of your primum + £60 admin. do not use them they are awful !!!

Avoid this band from afar!!!! No one should go to them!!! I took out insurance with them in February, and in April they stole my motorcycle, although the insurance didn't cover it, but they still oblige me to pay for another 1 year even though I don't have a motorcycle because the contract can't be canceled for nothing!!!!! It's all pathetic, they don't even deserve a star

Absolutely appalling customer service. I spent 3 days on the phone trying to get through to someone, passed around different departments and just generally wasting my time. If they weren’t so much cheaper I would have gone elsewhere
