Cancelled my insurance 6 months into my policy because they wouldn’t insure my new bike, (which I got cheaper elsewhere) then after another 6 weeks I asked where my refund was, they told me they done me a favour not charging me a £50 cancellation fee. Basically stole my money.

Wish I could give 0 stars I’ve been waiting for them to answer for 6 hours it’s an absolute joke same thing for the last week and now they are cancelling my policy because there phone lines are so called busy

Terrible customer service, as so many people have already reported. Spent hours on the line trying to get through without success. Their standard feeble response is an insult to the many people who've been complaining about their phone lines, as it's evident that they've got no intention of doing anything about it.

I called to renew the insurance and waited on the phone for 40 minutes and no one answered. I have never seen such a bad company. Disappointment.

Terrible terrible service cancelled insurance because they said the police said I put my name wrong on my provisonal which is a full lie since you can’t do that as u got to use ur passport to get a provisional otherwise illegal immigrants could just come into this country and get a driver licence it’s impossible to lie about your name stupid company that cause distresss also they have a 1hour plus waiting time on hold if u try call them which is stupid

Was on hold for 2 hours plus trying to get insurance moved over as got new bike as no one answered I was set back from being able to drive home. Not impressed at all would rethink with going to this insurance company

Poor customer service, and every time I called it’s nearly 45minutes. Spoken with agents about issues but no solution was offered. I would not recommend to anyone. Only thing I will say it does come cheaper than most bike insurance. I am sure someone from IT/Customer relation will reply to this to defend the company as previous review by other people. Shame they didn’t or wanted to resolve the issue earlier.

Absolute thieves. Took them 6 months to settle a simple claim, sent me to a hire and repair company that under paid me and left me with a written off vehicle. Then demand money in ridiculous amounts for a period of time that the vehicle was written off. I’d highly advise to avoid this company. After all the stress and anxiety this company put me through I’d highly recommend to use anyone else. Not happy at all

You're company is bogus! You're not open until 7pm like you advertise, you're not open for calls on Saturday like you state on your site and I've been requesting a callback for a week now because you've wrongly charged me and you won't answer my calls and I've had no response!!! Absolute con artists!

Very disappointed. Made me wait on the call for 10 minutes and then acted like I would get a quote but didn’t give me one. impossible to get a quote even with no accidents and a secure job. Very bad

Be careful when taking Lexham insurance, a car hit my motorcycle, it ended up with my motorcycle, it was a total loss and they didn't activate the insurance when I needed it, I was screwed, the last and only time with you, if your vehicle needs to be activated you will be left in the loss, I know, choose another insurance company.
