“When having to renew my insurance for the third time i had to pay in full, wasnt allowed to pay monthly, all because i missed a few payments which was lexhams falt as i asked to move my payment date and they said i had to make a payment which i already had, so now i wasnt allowed to pay monthly because of this. had to get a loan to pay in full”

“A whole year without problems,then I get a reminder last month of my renewal,I emailed to ask how much and received a reply to say it wasn't due until August?????.I tried again and was told it would be 406 pounds.Then I received a call from a lady of your employ and I asked her why you were asking 80 pounds set up fee.I could not get a reasonable answer so went to go compare who quoted 266 pounds which I accepted.Guess what company? Lexham!!.Make sense to you?,me neither.”

“Good service apart from waiting time on the phone to talk to someone (1 hour 20 minutes waiting) Also got a quote and when I called back 4 days later and the price increase by £25.00”

“So far so good with Lexham Insurance. They were the best price to ensure my camper, although I do get other peoples experiences of sitting on the phone. Spent around four hours trying to renew my policy and in the end got through to somebody, but it is much easier and quicker if you email. Hope I don’t have a bump, because I think it could be a little bit of a nightmare 😅 I have to be honest, I do hate the automated response to every single piece of feedback. Almost like there is nobody human at the other end.”

“I was dreading the renewal as the media was predicting massive increases. Lexham was best value last year and again at renewal despite around £90 increase... It seems an NCB is actually worth nothing much.”

“Completed documents and confirmation quickly but when I had to be proactive about confirming receipt of my Proof of NCD by email as when I rang I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I hope this won't be the case if I need to speak to an agent when I really need to following at accident 😱”

“Competitive price. Phone call was reasonably prompt but I have still not heard weather my photo of previous insurer’s ‘proof on no claims’ has been accepted. It was over a week ago and the policy should go live in a week.”

“Sign up process was straightforward, but i found the process of account creation confusing. I got sent an email, and then signed up and my cover was shown there as expected, but what doccuments I need to upload is unclear. There was no other communication. I'd appreciate a notice of the doccuments I need to upload.”
