A whole year without problems,then I get a reminder last month of my renewal,I emailed to ask how much and received a reply to say it wasn't due until August?????.I tried again and was told it would be 406 pounds.Then I received a call from a lady of your employ and I asked her why you were asking 80 pounds set up fee.I could not get a reasonable answer so went to go compare who quoted 266 pounds which I accepted.Guess what company? Lexham!!.Make sense to you?,me neither.
