“Well because of me not being able to prove my address as I lived on a caravan park I had my insurance cancelled and Lexham where one off the only insurance people who would sent off my stuff and got insured for a reasonable price”

“I needed to speak to someone about an aspect of the insurance, but I tried three times and was on hold for over an hour over the three calls. I ended up buying the insurance anyway, but yes, not so happy”

“Used Lexham a few times before, ok to deal with and staff friendly, as normal in this world now customers are pushed to use an online format, which is fine, but when you need to be able to speak to staff it always takes ages and not easy.”

“Great value and strong product. Lost a mark ad this not an auto renewal and that you have to call to arrange renewal. In 2025 I believe that online renewal would be more effective”

“Quick and easy to find the quote I was happy with and get it all set up. Not too many documents to read through and sign but enough to have all the details needed. Would definitely recommend”

“The app and the arrangement of the insurance was good. No quibbles. The price I have paid..... I dont think I will ever be happy; whomever I insure with! I have repeatedly insured via Lexham and to be honest have stopped shopping around as it has been so straightforward. I would recommend them.”
