“Literally terrible. Always the cheapest because they’re the worst. Phone wait times horrific, customer service horrific, when you ring them with an issue they give you the least amount of information possible so when you come back with what you thought you needed they always tell you something else you don’t have that they didn’t say you needed on the previous call. Stay away!”

“I am 4 years already with Lexham motorcycle insurance. No hassle, great quotes and fast customer response. Any deals what suits biker they listen and make it happen to see riders happy. I am experience rider, but I know a few my motorcycle club mates who are young and they told me that the Lexham motorcycle insurance is very friendly for young starters on road I will recommend this insurance group with no thinking ahead.”

“Really poor experience with trying to get through. Still awaiting a callback. Extremely expensive service and appears written to avoid paying out. Not user friendly and I will likely be moving insurer next year if there are cheaper options.”

“Second year of policy. Renewal was done with no issues over the phone. Don’t do auto renewal but process was simple enough. I have two bikes and the policies have been combined in regards to payment so one amount goes out. Renewal was cheaper this year and decent compared to other quotes. App is easy to use and all documents easily available.”
