“Generally offered a acceptable insurance product, albeit, their excess charges were too high. It is not always easy to actually speak to a person and the "chat' is witha Bott so of little value.”

“App only works occasionally it defaults to previous bike, customer service is good but takes ages to answer the phone, they have made some silly mistakes with paperwork (getting my dob wrong), disappointed had a bike stolen and recovered didn't get a payout as excess was high, had to pay out of pocket to get bike back from police recovery and scrap privately”

“Impossible to get on phone, been on hold 20mins and still counting, third time I’ve tried. I am a policy holder and can only make the amendments I need over the phone.. I have no choice but to wait.. Bad customer service Otherwise no complaints”

“Yes they have good pricing but poor customer service. I called several times and even requested a call back and till this day I haven’t received any call. This will be my second year using them but now I’m seconding guessing if I should as I’m not getting any customer service help.”
