Haven't, thankfully, had to make a claim yet but if the customer service I've encountered so far is indicative of the way the business is run then I have no qualms in recommending Lexham Insurance. My policy arrived the day after I put in my application followed by a personal courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the documentation, which I was, all very straightforward!
