Poor / inaccurate advice from call centre re ability to effect insurance before CBT. Even when they referred to a supervisor, the response was factually / legally inaccurate.
Odd policy wording which I have never come across before - they seem to provide one policy for the TPF & T element and a separate one for the own/ accidental damage portion
Paying by instalments option is extortionate - 69% APR - luckily I was paying in full for my son - I feel sorry for youngsters who may have no choice but to take the instalments option.
