The time taken to deal with my emergency was average. It would have been helpful not to have been put on hold whilst a carrier was organised to pick up my broken bike and myself. Also it wasn't clear that I could only be transported 25 miles, although that was explained to me in detail the following day, and I understand the rationale.
Operators were polite, but " have a nice day" at the end of the conversation when I had been knocked off my bike was inappropriate!
