Hard to get through on phone. Not easy to do online. First assistant couldn’t renew policy. - so why are you there ??
Price ok. Baffling bumf about policy. Couldn’t hear , didn’t understand.
Paper copy arrived next day. Good.
I’ll stick with them another year.
