Bought a Cycle Recovery Policy at BikeExpo Manchester. Vanessa on the stand was very helpful and policy information was e-mailed to me within an hour. However it was a quote for a completely different policy. I phoned the office and was told the best way to deal with this was to put the policy documents in the post. I received them the following day, which was when the cover started, so all OK.
