After leaving myself a note to ring Lexham for a quote,(March '16), on the address sheet from my Vespa Club magazine I did call and to my delight the phone call was answered by a lovely, well mannered young lady called Olivia. She was so helful and went out of her way to help me with the insurance which I wanted. She never once failed to listen to my needs and made me feel like the most important part of the brokerage deal.
