I'm very disappointed regarding the customer care service
I took the insurance on 7th March in the evening and i called immediately next day 8th March in the morning for the correction of the detail which somehow went wrong in the system few hours earlier.
They charged me £28/- for the correction as an Admin fee.
Thats not fair at all.
