The service over the phone was absolutely brilliant, I could not have asked for anything better. I spoke to Aidan a couple of times over the phone, who explained everything to me in great detail so that I could understand. This is my first ever insurance policy, so a lot of things I did not understand, but Aidan made sure that everything was in terms that I could understand.
