Overall good service. Local telephone numbers that don't cost a fortune to call which was helpful because due to the fact that I'm young and this is my first time buying insurance, I wanted to clarify a few things before I bought a policy. This was quick and easy as the advisors were polite and seemed happy to help and answer any of my questions. Only fault I can think of is they need to work on internal communications as two or three different people called to see how I was getting on after I had got a quote, before I bought a policy!
