Being on the phone for an hour in a queue, which was answered four times by people who could not help me was infuriating. Amanda started a quote for me and suggested I put a message on line so I could have a call back once I had the requested information. The call back method was very effective, Tracey was excellent and sorted everything, an excellent representative for the company.
