I have insurance with them and it is a good price but you try getting hold of anyone, its impossible! Sat on hold for over 30 mins, sent facebook messages, they may get back to you in their own sweet time but don't hold your breath. Apparently they are always 'experiencing high call volume' this would lead me to believe they do not have enough people working for them because surely by now they should have realised how high the volume is! I would rather pay a little bit more and have the ability to actually speak to someone, I will not be renewing my insurance. No doubt lexham will reply to this low review asking me to email them which would actually be the only communication I've had so far with them.
