Was a new customer to Lexham. Policy cancelled due to an un-uploaded form. One email to contact me with a 7 day "warning period", I did not see this email so they cancelled my policy without any further contact attempt, when I reached out they refused to reinstate my policy regardless of providing the document or paying a fine. Refunded about 1/3 of the policy cost despite only holding the policy for under two months. Ultimately a company interested in quick money and not supporting or retaining its customers.
