I've not had cause to claim and hope I dont. Lexham seem to be a product of their popularity and difficult to get hold of. 48 minutes holding to speak to someone to get a quote. Once you get hold of someone, its easy going and everyone I have spoken to seems knowledgable and helpful.
I'm getting a bit jaded of insurance companies recently though and upset at how theft is affecting premiums.
